Relocating to Hong Kong

 

Your expert move consultant will make recommendations as to whether you require a 40ft or 20ft container. You then have a choice of a:

 

• Door-to-Door FCL (Full Container Load) Service, or an
• LCL (less Container Load) Service

 

Our FCL service offers you exclusive use of a container with your goods being loaded and taken straight to the port in readiness for shipping. Transit times can be 4 to 5 weeks.

 

Our LCL service is more cost-effective, as you share a container with other Hong Kong-bound customers. As your load is taken to a warehouse to be combined onto your shared container before delivery, transit times are, however, slightly longer.

 

If you need instant delivery of only a few boxes or small items, consider using our airfreight services. Partnered with the largest carriers, we can provide you with an efficient, swift door-to-door airfreight service.

Customs Information

 

When your load arrives in Hong Kong, our local agents will make sure it goes straight to the customs warehouse to undergo clearance. This typically takes around 5 days, but may vary (depending on time of year). Your goods will be delivered to your new home approximately one week after clearance.
