Our site boasts intruder and fire detection linked to the emergency services as well as 24 hour CCTV coverage. The storage unit offers a clean, dry and insulated environment for the archive boxes and their contents.

With offsite document storage customers can free up expensive office space and files can be retrieved quickly and effectively. Sensitive data can be stored securely and may be confidentially destroyed at the end of the storage period.

An extensive service is available for customers. We will pack if necessary, collect, store, retrieve and return documents, over the course of the required archive period, and where needed destruction of documents is available.

On receipt of a purchase order we will issue a suitable number of archive boxes, as specified by the customer, free of charge. These boxes will be labelled and uniquely referenced to allow quick and easy retrieval.

Our boxes are tailored to accommodate many types of file or document. The internal dimensions are 410mm(L) x 290mm(H) x 310mm(W). They are large enough to store lever arch and box files and have a maximum capacity of 15kgs.
